Mr. Saul is the co-Chair of this national, not-for-profit organization. The Institute for Canadian Citizenship initiates projects to foster discussion and understanding of the values associated with Canadian citizenship and help to bridge the gap between newly-arrived immigrant and fully engaged citizen.
